Register of Employee to Revenue Service Portal Rs.ge

To comply with Georgian legislation, system seamlessly registers employees by integrating the Business Central platform with the Revenue Service portal (Rs.ge). For successfully integration, it’s necessary to:

• Enable the setting “Revenue Service Integration Setup.”
• Setup Job Que for exchange information: Object Type to Run: “Codeunit” Object ID to Run: 70951103
• Fill in Employee Card: VAT Registration No, Direct Phone No, Country/Region Code.

Upon creating a labor contract or by selecting the 'Save in Revenue Service' button on the employee card, the system generates a record in the 'Employee RS Integration Records.' This integration operates based on specific job que entry.

Once the job is processed successfully, the employee is registered as an active employee on the Revenue Service portal Rs.ge and receives a unique ID number within the system. Upon dismissal, the system locates the employee using this unique ID and updates their status from active to terminated."
